Job summary

KLN Family Brands seeks a Quality Control Technician for the Mid Shift in Perham, MN. Hours are 2:40pm to 11:00pm, Monday to Friday. Compensated hourly at $22.71, with base pay, sign-on, and shift differential; profit sharing eligibility and extensive benefits are included.

The role requires monitoring controls, conducting in-process checks, and documenting results to ensure food safety and quality. Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 80 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience or training up to 1 month or more.
• Self-motivated and able to learn procedures.
• Ability to memorize and execute sequences of procedures.
• Will be able to work well with others.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor in-process controls and finished product quality.
• Perform in-process and finished product quality checks.
• Monitor production practices for optimal output.
• Communicate test results to production departments.
• Document all monitoring and tests in the spec book.
• Collect product retain samples.
• Place non-conforming product on hold as needed.
• Perform ATP and allergen testing.
