KLN Family Brands in Perham, MN is hiring a Mid Shift Machine Operator to analyze process controls and finished products for conformance to specifications and to monitor production processes to ensure food safety and quality.
Hours are 2:40pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a base hourly pay of $20.27 plus a $1.22 shift differential and a $1.22 hourly sign-on bonus, making all-in pay $22.71 per hour. Profit sharing eligibility begins after one year.

We’re now hiring a Mid Shift Machine Operator to analyze process controls and finished products for conformance to specifications and to monitor aspects of production processes to ensure continuous food safety and quality improvement.
Monitor and record in-process controls
Perform in-process and finished product quality checks
Monitor production practices to assure optimum production
Communicate with appropriate production departments on quality test results
Complete documentation for all monitoring and tests performed in the spec book
Collect product retain samples
Place non-conforming product on hold
Perform ATP and allergen testing
