Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America is seeking a Mid-Shift Diesel Mechanic for the 2nd shift in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing street sweepers, jets, and related equipment to keep our fleet safe and reliable.

Responsibilities

Perform safety inspections and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
Carry out repairs, preventive maintenance, and align with specs and torque requirements.
Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical issues on sweepers and heavy equipment.
Handle parts, lubricants, and fluids safely and dispose of waste per regs.
Immediately report issues or safety concerns to management.
Communicate repair status and parts needs to operators and team.
