Express Personnel Coppell Office is hiring 18 experienced custodians for a well-established facility in Coppell. This full-time position offers steady work with two shifts available, including a mid shift from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Pay ranges from $18–$20/hour depending on experience, with a temp-to-hire hiring process. Candidates should have previous custodial, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience, be reliable, and able to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial, janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and dependable work history
• Able to follow instructions and basic safety procedures
• Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals
• Able to frequently lift, carry, push or pull 50+ lbs
• Friendly, professional attitude when interacting with employees, guests and customers
• Ability to adapt as facility needs change

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas throughout the facility
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe down and sanitize surfaces
• Empty trash and maintain common areas
• Clean restrooms and other facility areas as assigned
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely
• Help keep the facility clean, organized and presentable
• Follow established safety and cleaning procedures
