Job summary

Express Personnel Coppell Office is hiring 18 experienced custodians for a well-established facility in Coppell. If you have prior commercial cleaning, custodial, janitorial, or facility-cleaning experience and want a steady full-time opportunity, we want to speak with you.

The PM shift runs 4:00 PM–12:30 AM with pay of $19–$22 per hour, depending on experience. This Temp-To-Hire role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining common areas, restrooms, and workspaces while following safety

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience required or preferred.
• Reliable attendance and steady work history.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive through the shift.
• Basic safety procedures and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas throughout the facility
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe down and sanitize surfaces
• Empty trash and maintain common areas
• Clean restrooms and other facility areas as assigned

What You’ll Be Doing:

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous custodial, janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and dependable work history
• Comfortable working independently and staying productive throughout the shift
• Able to follow instructions and basic safety procedures
• Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals
• Able to frequently lift, carry, push or pull 50+ lbs
• Friendly, professional attitude when interacting with employees, guests and customers
• Ability to adapt as facility needs change

This is not a temporary one-day cleaning assignment. We are looking for dependable people interested in a steady full-time position with an established company.
