WSW Logistics seeks a Class A Mid Shift CDL Driver to join our Green Bay team and serve customers across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois. This home-daily role offers dependable home time and the stability of a family-owned company.

Base pay starts at $26.50/hour with shift premiums of $1.00 for mid-shift and $1.50 for night shift. Medical, 401(k), generous vacation/holidays, and other benefits are included. Training and equipment support are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Current DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong safety record and dependable work ethic.
• Tractor trailer experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on a home daily route.
• Serve customers throughout MN, WI, and IL.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain clean, professional equipment.
• Follow all company, customer, and DOT safety procedures.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Schedule

• Green Bay, WI, base location.
• Driving regions include MN, WI, and IL.
• Consistent schedule with dependable home time.

Compensation

• Starting pay of $26.50 per hour, plus shift premiums of $1.00 per hour for mid-shift and $1.50 per hour for night shift
• Medical coverage with 80% of the premium paid by the company.
• 401(k) with up to a 4% company match.
• 80 hoursof paid vacation plus 10 paid holidays, available starting day one.
