Qualifications

Experience in service design, customer experience or related field.
Experience preparing and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze processes and translate findings into insights.

Responsibilities

Work directly with clients to understand and address business and user needs.
Lead discovery through interviews, workshops and contextual research.
Create service blueprints, journey maps and process models.
Translate insights into opportunities and recommendations.
Design and facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams.
Collaborate with UX Researchers, Analysts and Designers to implement improvements.
Support clients in testing and adopting new ways of working.
