Job summary

Womble Bond Dickinson is seeking a securities attorney for our firmwide Public Company Advisors Team in Washington, DC. You will gain meaningful exposure to complex securities, corporate governance, capital markets, and regulatory matters in a multi-office environment.

Required experience includes equity and debt offerings under the Securities Act of 1933 and Exchange Act matters such as proxy statements and periodic reports (Forms 8-K, 10-K, 10-Q). Prior SEC service is a significant plus.

Qualifications

• Securities Act of 1933 equity and debt offerings experience.
• Securities Exchange Act of 1934 matters incl. proxy statements and Forms 8-K, 10-K, 10-Q.
• Section 16 reporting familiarity expected.
