Overview

• The role sits within the Public Company Advisory group, part of O'Melveny & Myers LLP's Capital Markets practice.
• The group's public company client base includes diverse industries such as technology, healthcare/life sciences, real estate/REITs, and retail/consumer services.
• Clients range from decades-old Fortune 500 public companies to newly-public emerging growth companies and smaller reporting companies.
• The associate will be responsible for independently managing day-to-day securities law counseling, SEC reporting, and corporate governance matters.
• A deep understanding of securities laws and direct experience in public company compliance and corporate governance are required.
• The position is suitable for individuals with in-house securities/corporate governance experience looking to transition to a law firm, as well as those currently at a law firm seeking a busy and expanding Public Company Advisory group.
