Exit seeks a proactive project management professional to lead environmental graphic design projects in Philadelphia. You will manage multiple client accounts, ensure timely delivery, and balance budgets while guiding the creative process and coordinating studio resources.
The role requires 4–6 years in account or project management, strong communication, strategic thinking, and leadership. This is a full-time, hybrid position with three days in our Philadelphia office, plus some site travel.

As a member of the project management team at Exit, this position plays a crucial role in leading the business on key environmental graphic design projects and client accounts. We’re looking for someone who inspires trust and confidence among our clients, is detail-oriented, and communicates clearly. This person should have experience in project or account management and should feel comfortable as a strategic leader in our studio. The ideal candidate feels confident in proactively managing the creative process, studio resources, and ensuring our team is on schedule and within budget. Knowledge of experiential graphic design and the construction process is a plus. This role is a full-time, hybrid position that requires the candidate to work out of our Philadelphia office three days a week, with some travel to project sites for meetings, walking a project site, and production coordination.
