Job Description
Sayres Defense is seeking a Mid/Senior Project Control Analyst at the company headquarters office located in Washington, DC. (Hybrid options available for discussion)
The Mid/Senior Project Control Analyst will be responsible for the monitoring of an ongoing large Federal Government contract for Sayres. This position will provide oversight of all financial aspects of the contract using Unanet ERP and Excel. Job duties include working closely with the Contracts Department on funding documents for subcontractors, subcontractor cost tracking and accruals (including approving subcontractor invoices), prime modification review, estimates at completion (EAC), monthly deliverable and status report coordination, and billing to include any backup spreadsheet documents. The analyst will communicate heavily with the Finance and Accounting organization along with the Contracts organization and Project/Program Managers and the PCA finance team.
