Job summary

Hydrogen Group in Florida, USA (Juno Beach) seeks an experienced Product and UX Designer with a strong background in research and UX/UI design for digital products, including software and enterprise applications. You will lead across the product definition and design process.

Collaborate with the UX Lead and data science teams to develop AI-enabled UI designs, conduct user interviews, create journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design and research for digital products, including software or enterprise applications.
• Experience collaborating with data science teams to design interfaces for AI-focused products.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Scaled Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Proficiency in Figma and LLM prompting for prototyping.
• Experience facilitating end-user feedback sessions and design testing.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, including presenting research findings.
• Ability to deliver AI-assisted UI designs and code aligned with ADA Level AA accessibility requirements and HFI best practices.
• Ability to confidently lead design conversations and workshops.

Responsibilities
