Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
• Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design, development, and delivery of programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards.
• Assess how Linehaul serves each program to identify opportunities and align with stakeholders.
• Influence 3P carrier leadership and Amazon tech teams to drive process improvements.
• Analyze data across databases and perform ad hoc reporting using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Identify performance metrics for each program and ensure measurement and accountability.
• Tie KPIs and project goals to entitlement and track results.
• Prepare business writing and samples illustrating strategic thinking, travel domestically 25–50%.
