Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) in Bellevue, WA seeks a Middle Mile Performance Manager to design world-class logistics processes and drive on-time, cost-efficient freight across North America. You will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on Linehaul efficiency, carrier engagement, and program performance.

ATS is seeking a Middle Mile Performance Manager to help develop a world class logistics process that delivers goods on time at the best cost. Our team objective is to manage to excellence freight flowing through our North American transportation networks, specifically focused on transportation carrier programs and performance. In addition, we prioritize the 3P Relay carrier experience, always pushing processes that prioritize retaining the highest-performing carriers.

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
