Job summary

Ivo AI Inc in San Francisco seeks a Mid-Market Sales Manager to own growth of a key revenue segment. You will hire and develop AEs, build outbound capacity, and scale the team with a data-driven operating cadence.

You will partner with Marketing, SDRs, RevOps, and Sales Leadership to forecast accurately, drive 4-5x pipeline coverage, and raise the standard for exec sponsorship and deal strategy in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Track record as a top-performing AE before moving into leadership.
• Experience leading a team of 6-8 AEs in SMB/Commercial/Mid-Market.
• Deep Mid-Market selling experience and coaching fundamentals.
• Experience managing varied sales motions with six-figure ACVs.

Responsibilities

• Hire exceptional AEs, establish operating standards, and build ramp programs.
• Build repeatable outbound motion with Marketing and SDR leadership.
• Develop a coaching environment using data-driven reviews and performance metrics.
• Establish 1:1s, deal reviews, forecast calls, and career conversations.
• Collaborate with RevOps and Sales Leadership on trusted forecasting models.
• Lead strategic opportunities as executive sponsor to improve outcomes.
