Qualifications

• Proven experience building persona- and journey-based content across multiple formats and funnel stages.
• Strong content operations skills with calendars, briefs, production pipelines, and agency/freelancer management.

Responsibilities

• Own the content roadmap and execution for assigned mid-market personas and journey stages.
• Translate persona insights into concrete content plans and drive publication.
• Run the mid-market content calendar and production pipeline with briefs, reviews, and on-time delivery.
• Create and edit high-impact content—from thought leadership to nurture content and event narratives.
• Partner with demand generation, field marketing, and ABM teams to fuel campaigns with content.
• Work with product marketing to translate product capability into buyer-relevant stories.
• Track content performance and iterate on formats, topics, and channels.
• Scale the content engine with templates, standards, and reuse.
