World Insurance Associates is seeking an experienced client service professional to lead mid- and large-account work with some guidance, collaborating closely with senior colleagues on strategy design and renewal messaging.

You may independently lead all messaging on smaller accounts with minimal direction, building service plans and coordinating strategy meetings to ensure accurate policy placement and renewal outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
• State Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel and client management systems.

Responsabilités

• Create and deliver WIA service plan.
• Prepare for and participate in strategy meetings.
• Review exposures against coverages and perform gap analysis.
• Collaborate on mid-market placements and work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure smooth and efficient placement processes, offering insights and recommendations.
• Review, finalize and participate in proposal meetings.
• Document client orders to bind and review binder for accuracy.
• Participate in post-renewal meetings.
• Participate in stewardship planning and delivery for large clients.
• Oversee confirmation of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits as applicable.
