What You’ll Do
  • Source, close and expand net new logos within a given territory
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions
  • Research and understand the business objectives of your customers and perform a value-driven sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success
  • Consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and drive success through a metric-based approach
  • Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions
  • Create ROI and business justification reports based on data-driven insights
  • Run tight POVs based on business success criteria
What You’ll Bring
  • High adaptability and thrive in early-stage company environments
  • Operational rigor (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of Message, etc.) and customer obsession
  • 2+ years in a SaaS sales closing role, with 6+ quarters of success; experience with infrastructure is a bonus
  • Ability to quickly learn and become an expert on our product and AI code generation impacts
  • Team-oriented mindset, valuing simplicity
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently plan and execute tasks
  • Experience explaining Windsurf and its technology to mid-market customers and prospects
  • Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools (or strong understanding of AI/LLMs) like Windsurf, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.
