Designer role at OTJ

Reports to:

• Senior team members

Responsibilities:

• Actively assists team members across multiple projects
• Effectively manages time to execute upon assigned tasks
• Communicates clearly with managing team members Remains under the supervision of senior team members
• Demonstrates superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and effectively manages time to execute upon assigned tasks within set deadlines (3+ projects at any given time)
• Communicates clearly with managing team members
• Demonstrates intermediate technical intelligence in practicing area of architecture and/or interior design
• Demonstrates clear understanding of all project phases and sequencing
• Independently Develops space plans, survey documentation and project schedules
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in assembly of Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
• Leads selection of finishes and fixtures

Requisite Experience:

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of commercial interior workplace experience
• Strong Revit proficiency and other rendering software proficiency (Enscape, Lumion, or other)
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work in team environment
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines
• Positive solution-oriented approach
• Candidates must be able to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
