Prestressed Concrete Construction, LLC, a leading concrete manufacturer, is seeking a Welder/Fabricator (Mid-Level) for its Assaria, KS operations. The role focuses on fabricating prestressed, precast, and hollowcore concrete products with 2–3+ years of welding experience.

You will join a skilled welding team, perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding, read blueprints, and uphold safety while delivering high-quality welds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in welding preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting welding symbols, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality welds.
• Physical agility and stamina to perform manual welding tasks and work in various positions.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work efficiently within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques proficiently to assemble metal components in accordance with project specifications and blueprints.
