Belay Technologies is seeking a Web Developer to join our intel team in Columbia, Maryland. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and extensive WD experience, with a degree substitution option based on years of relevant work.

You will work on full stack development involving REST-based APIs, Java/Tomcat or NodeJS, and modern front-end frameworks. Qualified candidates will have hands-on experience in software integration, troubleshooting, and documentation, with strong emphasis

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Eight (8) years of WD experience is required.
• Twelve (12) years of WD experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience developing applications interfacing with REST-based APIs/services in Tomcat/Java or NodeJS.
• JavaScript and front-end JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.

• Eight (8) years of experience as a WD in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Twelve (12) years of WD experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Candidates are desired to have the following skills:

• Software Integration (new and existing systems)
• Troubleshooting, debugging and defects correction.
• Creation and editing of software system documentation
• Developing applications interfacing with REST-based APIs/services in Apache Tomcat/Java or NodeJS.
• JavaScript and Front-end JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue

Salary Range: $70,000 to $190,000
