Job summary

LJB Inc. is actively seeking a Mid-level Traffic Engineer to support and grow our Transportation Practice in Ohio (Dayton, Cleveland, or Columbus). The role focuses on traffic impact studies, signal design, and corridor analyses, with responsibilities spanning project management and client relations.

Qualified candidates will have a civil engineering degree, a P.E. license, and at least four years of experience, plus proficiency with Synchro/SimTraffic, HCS, SIDRA, TransModeler, AutoCAD/Open

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• P.E. license is required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in traffic engineering.
• Experience with listed design and analysis tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct traffic impact studies and operations analyses.
• Perform safety studies and signal system design.
• Develop signal timing plans and maintenance of traffic.
• Maintain client relationships and manage project tasks.
