• 3–6 years of trademark experience at a top firm or leading IP boutique.
• Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international trademark portfolios.
• Handle trademark prosecution before the USPTO and coordinate with foreign counsel.
• Develop and implement trademark protection and enforcement strategies.
• Conduct trademark clearance searches and prepare risk assessments.
• Support TTAB proceedings.
• Advise on copyright protection, licensing, and enforcement.
• Collaborate with clients and contribute to business development.
