BCG Attorney Search in Seattle, WA seeks a mid-level intellectual property litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will manage patent, trademark, and copyright matters, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative legal environment.

The position involves drafting motions, taking and defending depositions, and supporting trial preparation in a fast-paced, client‑focused setting.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 3–5 years of IP litigation experience.
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain by waiver.
• Technical background preferred; USPTO registration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage patent litigation in U.S. federal courts and PTAB proceedings.
• Support trademark and copyright litigation management.
• Draft motions and briefs, including discovery and dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses for testimony.
• Assist with fact and expert discovery and document review.
• Contribute to infringement and invalidity analyses.
• Support trial preparation and provide in-court support.
• Collaborate on case strategy and settlement discussions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Guide junior team members and foster a positive team environment.
