Belay Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level System Administrator to join our intel team. The SA2 will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.

The role involves day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices. The Level 2 SA also handles Tier 1/2 escalation, capacity analysis and feedback to management, ensuring reliable operations and timely updates for stakeholders in a DoD-focused

Qualifications

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph is required.
• Ten (10) years' SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 escalation support for IT systems.
• Manage day-to-day operations and monitor client/server/storage/network devices.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and related software.
• Troubleshoot and improve system reliability and performance.
• Support dispatch system and hardware problem resolution.
• Communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
