Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with structural emphasis.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive structural engineering experience.
• PE license or ability to obtain within one year.
• Strong project coordination and client communication skills.
• Experience with buildings, bridges, retaining walls, and water infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations per codes and project specs.
• Prepare drawings, construction documents, specs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with PMs and multidisciplinary teams to meet schedules and budgets.
• Prepare permitting packages and technical reports for various jurisdictions.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements.
