Job summary

CTS Complete Technical Services seeks a Mid-Level Structural Engineer with 5 to 25 years of experience to support oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery, and LNG projects. You will lead structural design, analyses, and deliverables from conceptual through detailed design and construction support, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• BS in Structural Engineering required.
• 5–25 years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG facilities.
• Experience with EPC companies.
• Knowledge of ASCE 7, ACI 318, IBC, OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations and detailed design for Oil & Gas facilities.
• Design foundations, pipe racks, platforms, buildings, shelters, and supports.
• Develop specifications, calculations, design reports.
• Review vendor drawings and coordinate with equipment suppliers.
• Coordinate with piping, civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process engineering.
• Participate in design reviews and constructability/model reviews.
• Support field engineering during construction and RFIs.
• Ensure designs comply with codes and client specs.
• Assist with estimating hours, planning, and scheduling.
• Mentor junior engineers.
