Martin/Martin, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a Mid-Level Structural Engineer to join our Structural Engineering Group. This role offers work on a broad range of project types and materials, with opportunities to gain experience in new buildings and existing investigations.

You will be involved in drawing development, calculations, coordination, and site visits, with exposure to owners, architects, and contractors across a growing national footprint.

Qualificações

• Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET accredited curriculum.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive engineering experience.
• Master's degree counts as 1 year of experience.
• Successful completion of the 16-hour NCEES structural exam.
• Demonstrates ability to be in responsible charge of projects.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work in the Albuquerque area; relocation may be reimbursed.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with clients and contractors as primary contact throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage and collaborate with staff to produce high-quality project documentation.
• Mentor less experienced staff regarding career development and design techniques.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project work plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through project work and BD activities.
