Join Our Growing Team at A. Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. (AMT)! We are currently seeking a Structural/Bridge Engineer with 5+ years of experience in the analysis and design of new and rehabilitated structures to join our structural engineering team in Columbus, Ohio .
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will apply your strong design expertise to manage tasks and projects, mentor junior engineers, and lead efforts on ODOT and LPA bridge projects, retaining walls, load ratings, and other related structural assignments. You will support a wide range of transportation infrastructure projects across Ohio, with opportunities to collaborate on out-of-state projects through AMT’s interoffice staff utilization program. This cross-regional involvement enhances your resume, broadens your technical experience, and builds a robust professional network across DOTs, counties, and municipalities.
