Complete Care in Maitland, FL is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join a small team building a modern enterprise data platform, focusing on backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain software, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, and contribute to analytics and reporting initiatives, with a hands-on approach and opportunities for growth.

The role offers a full-time, six-month temp-to-perm path with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 3–6 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Java and/or Python.
• Designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases.
• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Knowledge of OO programming principles.
• Familiar with Agile software development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and backend services.
• Develop RESTful APIs supporting enterprise integrations and reporting.
• Design and implement ETL processes for data ingestion.
• Develop integrations with Snowflake, Salesforce, and other platforms.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Participate in implementation of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
