Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• At least 4 years of software development experience.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and deployment infrastructure.
• Extensive experience with Python, Docker, version control, and backend APIs.
• Extensive experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices using GitLab.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities for technical discussions.
• Active Secret security clearance, with eligibility for Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy software using Python, Docker, and backend APIs, with AI/ML capabilities.
• Develop, implement, and optimize ML algorithms using LangChain and PyTorch with Milvus/Chroma for vector data management.
• Containerize and deploy software using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring secure, scalable deployments.
• Create automated CI/CD pipelines with GitLab for reliable releases.
• Maintain code quality, security practices, and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and system integrators on multiple AI/ML projects.
• Explore emerging technologies to improve performance and scalability of deployed systems.
• Travel as needed for customer support and events.
