Job summary

Robinson+Cole, a Vault "Top Ranked" Am Law 200 firm, seeks a Mid-Level/Senior Commercial Real Estate Associate with at least five years of experience to join its Boston, MA office. The candidate will represent developers in complex CRE transactions, including acquisitions and financing, with strong title and survey review, and loan document expertise.

Admission to the Massachusetts bar is required; prior law firm experience is also required.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and financing.
• Experience representing developers in complex CRE deals and strong fundamentals in title/survey review.
• Drafting acquisition documents and reviewing a variety of loan documents.
• Experience with affordable housing development and public agencies is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.

Mid-Level/Senior Commercial Real Estate Associate

Robinson+Cole, a Vault "Top Ranked" Am Law 200 firm, seeks an associate with a minimum of five years of experience to join its active Commercial Real Estate + Development Practice Group based in our Boston, MA office.

Qualified candidates will have experience representing developers in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and public and private financing; strong real estate fundamentals, including experience with title and survey review, drafting acquisition documents, and review of a variety of loan documents; experience with affordable housing development and public agencies is beneficial but not required; and top academic and transactional credentials, including excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.

The selected candidate should enjoy working as part of a fast-paced team and handling complex transactions. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with local and national developers who are leaders in their field.

Please note that admission to the Massachusetts bar is required for this position. Prior law firm experience is also required.

Massachusetts Applicants: The target base salary range for this position is $210,000 to $217,500. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's prior experience, class year, skills, qualifications, and office location.
