Responsibilities

• Represent clients in federal and state securities class actions and derivative suits.
• Handle merger litigation, shareholder disputes, and complex corporate matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft substantive motions.
• Engage in discovery, depositions, and case strategy development.
• Communicate complex legal matters effectively to clients.
