Qualifications

• Bar admission in the state of practice or eligible for admission by waiver.
• Experience with Massachusetts Business Litigation Session (BLS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in securities litigation, including class actions and shareholder disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft substantive motions.
