You will work within a large Rust codebase, translate complex algorithms into efficient software, and collaborate with researchers, engineers, and backend services across the stack. Strong Rust, performance, and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, physics, applied math, or related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Rust production-grade, performance-sensitive software experience.
• Backend services with Axum or similar tools.
• Async code experience with Tokio or similar.
• Ability to translate concepts for researchers, engineers, and end users.
• Familiarity with full-stack web application development.

Responsibilities

• Work in a large production codebase in Rust.
• Optimize algorithmic Rust code.
• Support infrastructure and connections with frontend, database, and other services.
