Responsabilidades

• Set guardrails so a freelance deal can move without a committee
• Own the math behind every Recruiter promise made to a customer
• Build consensus across Learning and Development and 360 Degree Feedback owners who rarely agree
• Facilitate cross-departmental projects from kickoff through delivery
• Walk a freelance client through renewal terms that keep both sides whole
• Coordinate with regional offices to standardize processes across NM
• Watch competitor moves and tell Sears which ones actually matter
• Define success metrics for business programs and report on outcomes
