Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate sale and purchase agreements, commercial leases, development-related agreements and loan documents.
• Perform due diligence such as title and survey reviews and related diligence efforts.

About the Role

As a member of our Commercial Real Estate Practice, you will work closely with clients and colleagues on a broad range of transactions, including acquisition, leasing, development, financing, and zoning and land use matters. You will have immediate opportunities for client contact and meaningful responsibility, including involvement in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, commercial leases, development-related agreements and loan documents, and handling related diligence efforts such as title and survey reviews.
