Candidates should have at least 3 years of commercial real estate transactions experience, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development. Candidates with large firm experience are preferred. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills, must be detail-oriented, and can prioritize and manage a diverse workload; must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to take on significant project responsibility. Candidates must be admitted to The Nevada Bar and should be willing to participate in community as well as professional organizations as part of professional development.
$195000 - $235000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. Full‑time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Commuter and transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
