What You’ll Do

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
• Determine signal structure and parameters, models RF-domain behavior, processes I/Q and bit-level data, and analyzes radar emissions, scan patterns, scheduling, power, antenna pattern, and polarization characteristics.

What You Bring

• Active minimum TS/SCI clearance
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in TechELINT; OPELINT; radar waveforms; DSP; I/Q data; signal processing; emitter analysis
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
• Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
• Background in process improvement or analytical services
• Strong knowledge in Python/MATLAB; demodulation; bitstream analysis; antenna theory; radar modes
