Responsibilities

• Wire up Cultural Awareness feature flags for Pittsburgh testing.
• Catch Cultural Awareness regressions in staging before production.
• Document the Kotlin system to speed onboarding.
• Lead Kotlin migration to retire the legacy stack.
• Ship Unit Testing features to advance the technology roadmap.
• Translate ownership-driven requirements into technical tasks.
• Build Unit Testing dashboards for engineering metrics.
• Carry features from whiteboard to Pittsburgh, PA production.
