You'll collaborate with international teammates, help shape architecture decisions, and participate in migrating or modernizing Python-based services. Fluent English and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are essential.

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Software Developer with strong experience in Python (Rust is a plus) to join a fully remote team working on challenging software engineering projects. • Experience migrating or rewriting Python applications/services in Rust
• Experience identifying parts of Python systems where Rust can deliver meaningful performance improvements
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, backend development, or performance optimization
