ITDS Business Consultants is seeking a Mid-Level Power BI Analytics Specialist to support a client with clear, actionable dashboards. You will design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and data models, transforming sources into insights that drive decisions.

This Poznan-based opportunity offers fully remote work and requires 2–4 years of Power BI and BI experience, strong DAX, SQL, and data modelling skills, plus collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver practical reporting

Qualifications

Mid-Level Power BI Analytics Specialist

You will be working for our client, supporting the delivery of effective analytical reporting solutions. You will collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and transform data into clear, functional reports and dashboards that support informed decision-making.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and analytical dashboards in Power BI.


• Prepare, transform, and integrate data from various sources.


• Create measures and calculations using DAX.


• Build and optimise analytical data models, including star schemas, fact tables, dimension tables, and relationships.


• Write SQL queries and work with relational databases.


• Publish and manage reports in Power BI Service.


• Verify data quality, accuracy, and consistency.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and deliver practical reporting solutions.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 2–4 years of experience in Power BI or Business Intelligence.


• Good knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.


• Practical experience with DAX and Power Query (M).


• Experience with data modelling, including star schemas, relationships, fact tables, and dimension tables.


• The ability to create clear, functional, and user-friendly dashboards.


• Knowledge of data preparation, transformation, and analysis processes.


• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or Azure.


• Experience with Power Automate.


• Basic knowledge of Python.


• Familiarity with Git or Azure DevOps, or the Microsoft PL-300 certification.

Language Required for the role:

Fluent Polish and communicative English.
