Job summary

ProSync is seeking a Mid-Level Physical Security Specialist to support and execute physical security programs across DoD and Intelligence Community environments. The role emphasizes evaluating risks, ensuring compliance with government requirements, and implementing measures to protect personnel, facilities, and classified information.

The candidate should have 3+ years in physical security, experience with security assessments, and hold an active TS/SCI clearance or higher with SAP/SAR

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of experience in physical security programs.
• Experience with DoD/government security requirements.
• Ability to obtain PSC within one year of hire.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or higher with SAP/SAR eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support physical security programs per DoD/government requirements.
• Conduct security assessments, inspections, and compliance reviews of facilities.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations.
• Support access control, visitor management, and secure workspace needs.
• Review and implement physical security policies for classified environments.
• Coordinate with government customers and facility managers on security needs.
• Develop risk assessments, reports, and leadership briefings.
• Support emergency planning and mission assurance activities.
• Provide guidance on physical security requirements to program personnel.
