Job summary

ProSync seeks a Junior-Level Physical Security (PHYSEC) Specialist to help protect personnel, facilities, and sensitive information in DoD/IC environments. The role supports access control, incident reporting, and security program implementation.

The ideal candidate has IAT/IAM Level II and Top Secret/SCI clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility, plus strong organizational skills and the ability to work with government teams. On-site in Arlington, VA is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (or Associate’s degree plus relevant experience) may be substituted.
• Experience with physical security concepts and facility protection is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with government personnel and security teams.
• Willingness to learn government security standards and policies.
• Experience with access control systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support physical security programs protecting facilities, personnel, and assets.
• Assist with access control operations and visitor management procedures.
• Support inspections, vulnerability assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain security records and access control databases.
• Monitor and report security incidents and violations.
• Coordinate with security personnel and government stakeholders.
