Job description

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst supporting the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Facilities and Infrastructure Characterization and Analysis (FICA) located in Charlottesville, VA. ANTICIPATED START MONTH: January/February 2025
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
LOCATION: Charlottesville, VA

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Clearance

Responsibilities:

  1. The Contractor shall conduct and incorporate open-source intelligence analysis during the production process.
  2. The use of OSINT will be in accordance with all Army OSINT Office (AOO) and NGIC policy and regulations.
  3. Prior to OSINT being conducted, all appropriate OSINT plans will be submitted to the appropriate Government Leadership for approval.
  4. The contractor shall enable OSINT analysts through technology discovery, enhancing tools & technologies, and manipulating bulk-data collection.
  5. As required by emerging missions, create new or identify emerging Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP)/technologies to provide new OSINT insights and provide advanced targeting support.

Required Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. 10 years of experience in the specific labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.

Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category.
