Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst supporting the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), specifically for Facilities and Infrastructure Characterization and Analysis (FICA), located in Charlottesville, VA. Responsibilities

1. Conduct and incorporate open-source intelligence analysis during the production process, in accordance with Army OSINT Office (AOO) and NGIC policies.
2. Submit OSINT plans for government approval prior to conducting analysis.
3. Provide cultural and language expertise as required, with proficiency in languages such as Chinese, Russian, or Persian, including DLPT scores of 2/2 or better.
4. Align language expertise with DNI and DoD priorities, which may include China, Russia, and Iran, with potential for scope adjustments.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years within the last 2 years.
• Alternatively, 10 years of experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Russian, Chinese, or Persian, with DLPT scores of 2/2 or higher.
