Job summary

Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Intermediate-Level Network Administrator to support the Biometric Operations Department at the Clarksburg, WV site.

You will manage and secure the enterprise network across NIPRNET/SIPRNET environments, ensuring uninterrupted operations for critical mission systems. The role requires DoD clearance, strong routing/switching expertise, and hands-on experience with 802.1X, VPNs, and wireless LAN across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Five (5+) years of experience supporting, administering, and troubleshooting enterprise network environments.
• IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g., Security+, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA Security, or equivalent) per DoD 8570/8140.
• Experience implementing and managing enterprise network policies, with hands-on in 802.1X and 802.11 wireless LAN/MAN.
• Experience supporting routing protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, multicast, and VoIP.
• Knowledge of enterprise network architectures and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance, availability, and security to ensure mission continuity.
• Troubleshoot complex network, routing, switching, and connectivity issues across environments.
• Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless, firewalls).
• Define and enforce network policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Configure and maintain 802.1X and wireless networking solutions.
• Develop and deliver training on network operations and cybersecurity best practices.
• Configure and support routing and services (OSPF, BGP, IPv4/IPv6, VPNs, IPSec).
• Maintain network security controls compliant with DoD and Army requirements.
• Collaborate on infrastructure upgrades and documentation.
