Qualifications

• 3+ years of multimedia/graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Degree in graphic design or visual communication preferred, practical experience considered.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and typography.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and knowledge of printing techniques.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork skills; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Create high‑quality multimedia content, including graphics and print materials for marketing and branding.
• Ensure assets follow brand guidelines with cohesive identity across formats.
• Develop print‑ready designs for flyers, packaging, posters, and marketing collateral.
• Design visuals for websites, campaigns, presentations, and interactive media with teams.
• Manage multimedia projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with creative leads, art directors, and cross‑functional teams for quality execution.
• Participate in brainstorming, contributing design ideas and visual storytelling.
• Apply typography and color theory to create engaging layouts.
• Perform cropping, resizing, retouching, and color adjustments.
• Update designs based on feedback and maintain organized design files.
