• Daily work involves developing case strategy, managing fact and expert discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing substantive motions, preparing witnesses, developing validity and invalidity contentions, and supporting trial teams.
• Requires experience in mechanical arts combined with knowledge of computer technology, coding, and signal processing.
• A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required.
• Finnegan's litigation practice includes over 230 litigators, handling hundreds of cases at all stages before courts and government agencies across the United States, Germany, and the UK.
• In the last five years, Finnegan has represented clients in more than 200 appeals at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
