• Finnegan's litigation teams handle cases at all stages before courts and government agencies across the U.S., Germany, and the UK, and have handled over 200 appeals at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in the last five years.
• The firm's litigation teams enforce IP rights or defend against infringement or trade secret misappropriation accusations in business disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, advertising, and trade secrets.
